Shook Florida Named Litigation Department of the Year

Shook, Hardy & Bacon’s Miami and Tampa offices have been named “Litigation Department of the Year” by the Daily Business Review.

Shook is one of eight law firms the Miami-based publication honors at its third annual Litigation Department of the Year Awards on November 17.

Winner of the large-firm General Litigation category, Shook is noted for its successful defense in Philip Morris USA Engle litigation and in Boston Scientific pelvic mesh litigation.
