In addition, they are often sought out by national media for insight and commentary on legal issues, including by The Washington Post, The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, the National Law Journal, 60 Minutes, CNN, Bloomberg, NPR, CNBC and MSNBC.
In addition, D.C. attorneys lead our national Data and Discovery Strategies practice, working on privacy and data security matters as well as discovery and eDiscovery management.
Our business litigation and product liability teams handle a wide range of issues involving FDA, FTC and other government regulations; product recalls; and white collar defense and government investigations. We represent clients in pharmaceutical and medical device, food and beverage, life sciences and biotechnology, pet care and animal health industries. We handle matters involving banking and financial services, bankruptcy and creditors’ rights, commercial recoveries, insurance and reinsurance.
