Delaney is a dynamic business litigator known for delivering meticulous legal support and driving desired outcomes within the judicial system. 

Before joining Shook, Delaney served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Barbara Ellis-Monro of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Georgia, where she crafted substantive orders that addressed the complexities of lead bankruptcy cases and related adversary proceedings. 

Delaney graduated magna cum laude from DePaul University College of Law with a certificate in business law and as a member of the Order of the Coif. While in law school, she served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Michael Scudder of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, where she edited opinions collaboratively by evaluating the strength of case law references and produced research memoranda on specific topics of law.
