Greg has litigated hundreds of multimillion dollar product liability and personal injury cases across the country. He has considerable experience serving as lead counsel for global construction, cosmetic, chemical and consumer product companies in asbestos and talc cases pending in a variety of jurisdiction, with an emphasis on Florida state and federal cases. He also has experience litigating medical device and other product liability cases in a variety of states.

Greg focuses on developing and executing strategies to litigate large portfolios of cases across multiple jurisdiction for his clients. He routinely leads teams of attorneys and paralegals throughout all phases of litigation. Further, he is experienced in all aspects of fact and expert discovery, motions practice (including dispositive, expert-related and pretrial motions), and all pretrial proceedings and hearings. He also provides third chair support to trial teams and has experience serving as settlement counsel. 

Greg serves as a partner to inhouse and national coordinating counsel in all types of litigation and adds value to his clients’ matters by:

  • Assembling teams of attorneys and staff with the expertise needed for each individual case based on jurisdiction and subject-matter. 
  • Developing creative strategies to litigate, try, or resolve cases based on the client’s business and legal priorities.
  • Managing case teams and fees to maximize the value of an efficient budget.
  • Serving as the client’s point of contact for all matters handled by the firm and ensuring rapid responsiveness to all client inquiries. 

Greg is also devoted to representing the interests of children and adults with developmental disabilities by serving as pro bono legal counsel, advocating for legislation and engaging in community organization.
