DRI Drug and Medical Device Seminar to Feature Shook Attorneys

Two Shook attorneys will be presenting on panels discussing local counsel, expert witnesses, and jury selection at the DRI 2025 Drug and Medical Device Seminar, May 7, in Nashville, Tennessee. 

Shook Associate Bebe Thomas will be a panelist on “Managing the Relationship with Local Counsel and Identifying Expert Witnesses.”

Shook Partner Robert Simpson will be a panelist on “Jury Selection in a Post-Pandemic World.” His panel will be an interactive discussion of the latest data on juror perceptions of life sciences companies, how to deal with the impact of the current political and social landscape when it comes to juror biases, best practices for eliminating undesirable jurors, identifying stealth jurors and the strategic use of juror questionnaires.

The annual seminar is designed to inform on the latest developments in drug and medical device litigation.
