Shook Partners to Speak at ACI Automotive Summit

Two Shook Partners will speak at the American Conference Institute’s (ACI) 13th Annual Automotive Litigation, Regulation, and Innovation Summit, in Chicago, March 19.

Shook Partner Joan Camagong will be a panelist on “MDL and Class Actions: Recent Developments in Defending and Managing Emerging Automotive Litigation Trends,” exploring the latest strategies in automotive defense.

Shook Partner and Conference Co-Chair Michael Gallub will be moderating the panel, “Trials and Settlements of Automotive Class Actions: Certifications, Trial Concerns, and International Considerations,” leading an interactive session of U.S. and Canadian class action attorneys.

The two-day summit will address compliance and legal strategies for an evolving automotive industry and its new technologies, and is designed to equip those attending with the needed knowledge to manage emerging automotive legal risks.
