Three Shook Partners to Speak at Health, Biotech and Pharma CLE Webinar

Shook Partners Mark Behrens, Phil Goldberg and Adam Tolin will be part of a roundtable discussion in “Assessing the Practical Impact of Federal Rule Changes,” March 5, 10:30-11:30 a.m. ET. The roundtable is the second of two parts of the virtual CLE—Health, Biotech and Pharma—hosted by the ACC of Greater Philadelphia. Assistant General Counsel of Litigation for Johnson & Johnson, Deirdre Kole, will be the fourth member of the roundtable. Federal Rule changes to be discussed include: The Amendment to Rule 702 regarding admissibility of expert testimony, the proposed amendment to Rule 16.1 concerning multidistrict litigation procedures, and potential developments that could affect the law surrounding medical monitoring and innovator liability.
