Shook Partners to Speak at Consumer Products Class Actions Forum

Shook Data and Discovery Strategies Partner Patrick Oot and Business Litigation Partner Tom Sullivan will be presenting at the American Conference Institute’s (ACI) Advanced Forum on Defending FDA-Regulated Consumer Products Class Actions, October 16-17, in New York City.

Oot will be moderating a panel with client representatives from Unilever, Sanofi and Kenvue. Sullivan will be a co-panelist for, “A Cross-Circuit Analysis of Recent Class Certification Developments in Food, Cosmetics and Supplements Class Actions.”

CLE credits are available for the conference, which aims to present the latest class action litigation developments and strategies for the food, cosmetics and dietary supplements industries.
