Shook Senior Counsel to Speak on International Construction Arbitration

Shook Senior Counsel and International Arbitrator Ricardo Ampudia will be a panelist at the “iLaw2023 Global Forum on International Law,” February 17 at the JW Marriott Marquis Hotel in Miami. Ampudia will be one of three panelists for the afternoon presentation, “International Construction Arbitration— Keeping the Project Moving Forward—Conflict Management Options.” Attendees will learn options available for international infrastructure projects and other sectors as well as “Best Practices.” This global forum is presented by The American Arbitration Association’s International Centre for Dispute Resolution (AAA-ICDR), and Shook is a sponsor of the event.
