Chambers Ranks Shook Among Leading Privacy & Data Security Firms
New faces and renowned services top the lists of Chambers USA in 2021, as two groups soar high in the annual guide’s rankings. Chambers and Partners selected Shook’s privacy and data security, and e-discovery capabilities both for national rankings for the first time which reinforces Shook as one of the leading privacy and data security firms in the country.
Shook Partner Al Saikali chairs the firm’s Privacy and Data Security Practice which earned a Band 1 “Highly Regarded” ranking.
“We are overjoyed to be included as a leader in privacy and data security law. The ranking reflects the team effort of our practice, and the hard work we have put into developing a diverse group of outstanding lawyers who prioritize client service and thought leadership,” said Saikali.
Shook’s Data & Discovery Strategies Practice, led by Partners Patrick Oot and Denise Talbert, picked up a Band 3 ranking for the first time for E-Discovery and Information Governance. The national rankings are driven by interviews with in-house counsel and other attorneys.
