Shook Launches PREP Act Hub with COVID-19 Webinar Series

Shook has launched the PREP Act Intelligence Hub, a resource of vital information for businesses and organizations providing goods and services in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. The Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness (PREP) Act is a short yet complex and confusing law that provides immunity from liability related to efforts to combat the coronavirus epidemic. Launching with the Hub is an on demand industry-specific webinar series, “Navigating PREP Act Immunity,” with 12 Shook attorneys guiding viewers through the ins and outs of the PREP Act in three separate sessions targeted to life science companies, general manufacturers and health care providers.
