Williams to Moderate Panel at ACI Automotive Conference

Shook Partner Paul Williams will moderate the panel “Courtroom Trial Tactics and the Litigation Forecast for 2019: The Judges Share Their Thoughts on What’s On the Horizon for Automotive Cases,” at the American Conference Institute’s 12th National Forum on Defending and Managing Automotive Product Liability Litigation in Chicago, July 19, 2019.

The scheduled panelists are the Hon. Stephen J. Murphy III, District Judge for the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Michigan, and the Hon. Young B. Kim, District Judge for the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Illinois.
