Shook also received a Tier 4 ranking for Cyber Law, part of the firm’s Privacy and Data Security practice headed by Partner Al Saikali.
Shook received Tier 2 designation in three categories of Product Liability, Mass Tort and Class Actions, for its work in toxic tort defense, consumer products, pharmaceuticals and medical devices. Shook also earned a Tier 3 ranking in automotive/transport.
Three other partners received Leading Lawyer honors in Product Liability: Frank Kelly (Automotive/Transport, Consumer Products); Ken Reilly (Consumer Products); and Dave Erickson (Toxic Tort – Defense).
