Seaton to Explore Drug Approval Process at FDLI

Partner Angela Seaton will present “The New Drug Approval Process: New Drug Research and Development,” at the Food and Drug Law Institute’s “Introduction to Drug Law and Regulation” event, April 11, 2019 in Washington, D.C.

The program will explore the essentials of drug law and regulation to help participants gain a comprehensive understanding of the administrative agencies that affect this industry. Sessions are scheduled on patent and exclusivity issues, Rx to OTC switches, good manufacturing practices (GMP), advertising, compliance and enforcement.
