Goldberg and Henry Present for PCPC Legal & Regulatory Conference

Shook Partners Phil Goldberg and Laurie Henry will be presenting the panel “ ‘Judicial Hellholes’ – What Are They and How to Avoid Them” for the Personal Care Products Council (PCPC) 2018 Legal & Regulatory Conference in Savannah, Georgia, May 11, 2018. The panel will discuss certain courts where judges generally apply laws and procedures against defendants in civil lawsuits. Goldberg and Henry will offer insights on how technology has affected the problem and provide advice for defense counsel and their clients.

Goldberg is managing partner of Shook’s Washington, D.C. office, where he handles liability-related public policy, public affairs and public relations issues. Henry represents cosmetic and personal care product companies as well as pharmaceutical and medical device companies in complex litigation.
