Shook Attorneys Participate in FDLI Annual Conference

Shook Chair Madeleine McDonough and Of Counsel Sonali Gunawardhana will be presenting for the Food and Drug Law Institute (FDLI) Annual Conference, “Exploring Advanced Topics in Food and Drug Law,” May 3-4, 2018 in Washington, D.C.

McDonough will be moderating the panel “Center for Veterinary Medicine (CVM)” for the FDLI Annual Conference May 3.

Gunawardhana is co-presenting “Medical Device Innovations: Welcome to the Future” May 3, along with Vernessa Pollard of McDermott Will & Emery; Zachary Rothstein, associate vice president for Tech & Regulatory Affairs at AdvaMed; Bakul Patel, associate director for Digital Health, CDRH, FDA; and Suzanne B. Schwartz, associate director for science and strategic partnerships, CDRH, FDA. Panelists will share the regulatory challenges and benefits experienced with these transformative technologies.
