Sue has more than two decades of experience defending companies in high-stakes litigation. She has represented major chemical companies, agriculture companies, automobile manufacturers, pharmaceutical companies, medical device companies and food companies in class actions, mass consolidated cases, and individual cases involving product liability, nuisance, consumer fraud, negligence and misrepresentation claims.
Sue also develops case strategy, conducts and defends depositions, prepares fact, company and expert witnesses and oversees and directs all discovery.
