Evan practices in the Intellectual Property Litigation Practice group. He has experience in all aspects of the litigation process, including managing discovery, drafting motions and pleadings, preparing and deposing witnesses, and developing underlying case strategy in both state and federal courts.
Evan is admitted to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. He earned both his J.D. and his Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from the University of Missouri. While in law school, Evan served as the associate editor-in-chief of the University’s Business, Entrepreneurship & Tax Law Review. He was also a research assistant, performing patent research with an emphasis on patent evergreening and patent term adjustment. Evan’s education and experience allow him to assist clients in a wide array of technical and scientific industries. Evan enjoys collaborating with all members on a legal team to satisfy client needs.
