Jessica Wahl is a highly skilled senior associate specializing in complex commercial litigation, data privacy, cybersecurity and a wide range of business disputes. Licensed to practice in both Texas and California, Jessica represents clients in high-stakes litigation across multiple jurisdictions. Her practice spans commercial and contract disputes, product liability, mass torts and environmental litigation.
Jessica’s legal experience is complemented by her leadership in crafting winning strategies for trial and appellate matters. She has led multiple depositions in class action suits and regularly represents clients in hearings, mediations and law and motion proceedings. Her exceptional drafting skills are reflected in her success in preparing dispositive motions, such as summary judgment, where she maintains a superior grant rate. Jessica also plays a pivotal role in her firm’s data privacy and cybersecurity practice, helping clients navigate the rapidly evolving regulatory landscape. In addition to her litigation work, Jessica is deeply involved in marketing initiatives for the firm, often leading business pitches and creating compelling presentation materials to attract prospective clients.
Beyond her legal practice, Jessica is committed to community service and education. She serves as the head coach for Loyola Marymount University’s law school mock trial team and is a co-founder of Mom’s House for Children, a nonprofit organization supporting orphanages in South Africa, Peru and Ukraine.
Jessica earned her J.D. from South Texas College of Law, where she was a member of the Garland Walker Inns of Court, a Dean’s Scholarship recipient, and recipient of the Jim Alfini/Hans Lawton Honor Award for Excellence in Alternate Dispute Resolution. Jessica also won several awards for her trial advocacy as part of South Texas’s nationally ranked mock trial program. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree magna cum laude in political science and economics from the University of Houston.
