Bradley focuses his practice on the defense of corporations in complex litigation, including multi-district litigation (MDLs), with an emphasis in product liability and commercial disputes. Bradley has represented numerous product manufacturers and service providers across many industries, including the medical device, pharmaceutical, insurance, construction, healthcare and automotive industries.
Bradley is a natural litigator and experienced in all aspects of litigation from case inception through trial. He has substantial experience preparing company witnesses, sales reps and corporate representatives for deposition, and taking key fact and expert witness depositions. He has successfully argued dispositive and discovery motions, leading to favorable results for his clients. Bradley has strategically managed pre-trial activities, including leading workup of numerous bellwether cases.
He is a member of the firm’s Associates Committee. Bradley is also active in the firm’s pro bono program where he has represented veterans, individuals facing deportation orders, and parents and children in Missouri family courts. In addition, Bradley serves on the Board of Directors for Community LINC, a non-profit organization, which is the largest single site provider for homeless services in the Kansas City metropolitan area.
