Joshua counsels and defends clients nationwide in complex product liability, environmental, and toxic tort litigation. He has considerable experience with matters involving claims of chemical exposure and contamination. Joshua’s practice extends to all aspects of the litigation process, including coordinating discovery, drafting motions, taking depositions, working with experts, and assisting with trial preparation and practice.
Joshua’s practice also involves matters concerning environmental statutes, including CERCLA, RCRA, the Clean Air Act, and the Clean Water Act. He has significant experience handling Superfund and environmental cleanup matters, involving some of the largest and most complex sites in the nation.
While in law school, Joshua served as president of OutLaws (LGBTQ law student society), received the Dean’s Award for Academic Excellence (highest grade) in Property Law, Legal Writing, and Constitutional Law, received the Faculty Award for Academic Excellence (second-highest grade) in Civil Procedure, and graduated with distinction.
