Mackenzie assists clients in all phases of litigation in the firm’s General Liability Litigation Practice. Before coming to Shook, Mackenzie served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Duane Benton on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. Mackenzie uses this experience to analyze complex legal issues and draft persuasive arguments to advance client needs.
Mackenzie earned her J.D. magna cum laude from the University of Missouri School of Law. During law school, Mackenzie served as the editor-in-chief of the Missouri Law Review and earned distinctive honors in many classes.
