Jubilee assists corporate clients as a member of the Class Action and Appellate Litigation Practice Group. She counsels clients and has drafted corporate documents such as Actions of Incorporator, Actions by Unanimous Written Consent, Confidential Information and Invention Assignment Agreements, Certificates of Incorporation, and Corporate Bylaws for technology startups and other venture capital-funded firms. She also conducts legal research on complex contract law to determine the scope of clients’ existing rights, obligations and entitlements to restitution.  

Jubilee’s experience includes drafting, revising and amending documents pertaining to the acquisition and financing of numerous aircrafts, including purchase agreements, security agreements, insurance certificates, reinsurance certificates and assignments of interest. She has also negotiated contractual points of lease and lease novation agreements on behalf of lessor counsel in the aviation industry. Jubilee has analyzed case law and federal statutes to write legal memoranda on choice-of-law clauses, bankruptcy and cross-border insolvency and advises in the registration process of foreign companies in the United States.

Jubilee earned her J.D. from Harvard Law School, where she was the online content editor for the Harvard Human Rights Journal and worked in the school’s Cyberlaw Clinic. She earned her undergraduate degree summa cum laude in economics from the University of California, San Diego.
