Jason is a highly motivated attorney with substantial litigation experience defending leading companies in an array of complex litigation involving personal injury, product liability, commercial litigation and medical malpractice cases. Jason has litigated in both state and federal courts throughout the country, including single-plaintiff cases and large multidistrict litigation (MDL). He has significant experience defending manufacturers of pharmaceuticals, medical devices, automobiles and consumer products. He also advises clients on federal reporting, recall handling and internal risk management. Clients rely on Jason as a trusted advocate and team-oriented litigator with strong interpersonal, oral advocacy and proven leadership skills.

Jason earned his J.D. cum laude from Georgia State University College of Law, where he was an associate research editor for the Georgia State University Law Review. While in law school he also clerked for Justice Robert Benham of the Supreme Court of Georgia, and worked at Georgia-Pacific. Outside of work, Jason enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife Erica and their two children Cameron and Carter.
