Shook Attorneys to Speak on Patent Safety Admissions

Shook Attorneys Bobbie Hooper and Chris Strobel are presenting “Safety Admissions in Patents,” at the Product Liability Advisory Council (PLAC) Spring Conference, April 10, to be held at the Roosevelt in New Orleans. The Conference takes place from April 9-11.

Hooper practices in a wide variety of litigation matters and excels in defending the motor vehicle industry. She is an active member of PLAC. Strobel’s practice focuses on prosecuting patents in the mechanical, electrical and computer arts, and he counsels clients on obtaining intellectual property protection for their inventions in these areas.

PLAC is a not-for-profit association of product manufacturers, suppliers, retailers and select regulatory, litigation and appellate professionals who work to shape the common law of product liability, provide guidance on changing regulations, and help corporations manage risk throughout the entire product lifecycle.
