Shook Co-Chair of Antitrust to Moderate CLE Panel on Civil and Criminal Conduct Trials

Shook Co-Chair of Antitrust Ryan Sandrock will be moderating the panel “Civil and Criminal Conduct Trials,” February 12. The panel will offer trial strategy insights for antitrust counsel and litigators. Panelists are Cassie Dick, U.S. Department of Justice Antitrust Division, Washington, D.C.; Andre Geverola, Arnold & Porter, Washington, D.C.; and Andrew Mast, U.S. Department of Justice Antitrust Division, San Francisco. 

The panel is part of the CLE program, Antitrust Trials: Recent Experiences with Parallel Litigation, to be held at the University of California College of Law – San Francisco, from 4:00-7:00 p.m. PT. Sponsored by the ABA Litigation Section’s Antitrust Litigation Committee, the program will examine strategic considerations for litigators in handling cases involving both civil and criminal elements in order to enhance their advocacy in complex legal scenarios.
