Three Shook Attorneys to Speak at ABA Insurance Coverage Litigation Seminar

Shook insurance and business attorneys will be speaking at roundtables and a breakout session at the 2025 ABA Insurance Coverage Litigation Committee CLE Seminar, March 6 and 7 at the Loews Ventana Canyon Resort in Tucson. 

Business Litigation Attorney Peter O’Neill will be a panelist for “Insurance Coverage Lurking Behind Deepfakes.” Chicago Managing Partner Amy Cho will be speaking on “BIPA: Latest in Underlying Claims and Coverage.” And Shook Co-Chair of Insurance and Re-Insurance Litigation David Schoenfeld will be a speaker in  “The Rule of Contra Proferentem: What It Is, How to Apply It, and How to Spell It.”

The Seminar runs from March 5-8 and offers info on the latest developments in insurance law from leading lawyers and insurance professionals in plenary, breakout and roundtable programs, along with networking events and outdoor activities.
