Shook Attorneys to Present Ethical Use of Artificial Intelligence CLE

Shook Partner John Barkett and Associate Joe Zaleski will present “Ethics Plenary: The Ethics of Artificial Intelligence,” January 23 at the American Bar Association Joint CLE Regional Program in Aspen, Colorado. Barkett and Zaleski will discuss navigating the ethical challenges AI presents in legal practice. Specifically, they will instruct on the ethical implications of attorney use of AI, including balancing client expectations with compliance to ethics rules and firm mandates.

Their presentation is part of a multi-day program featuring eight plenary presentations on timely litigation topics hosted by the ABA’s Litigation Section Environmental & Energy, Mass Torts, and Products Liability Litigation Committees.
