Orange County Managing Partner Presents at UC Irvine

Shook Orange County Managing Partner, Jad Davis, presented at the University of California, Irvine MBA program. Davis presented, “When Real Estate Deals Hit Environmental Issues.” Topics included lending and land use issues, exposure to regulatory costs, environmental due diligence and more. 

Davis also discussed recognized environmental conditions (REC) and the cost of them being identified such as financing and regulatory issues, potential land use restrictions and liability to lawsuits.
