Three Shook Attorneys Join Leadership Council on Legal Diversity
The Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) has selected three Shook lawyers for its professional development program. IP Partner Keith Bae will participate as a Fellow and Associates Lakshmi Achari, product liability, and Bri Davis, who focuses on environmental law, are Pathfinders. The LCLD has selected these diverse, high-potential attorneys for professional development opportunities.
Composed of more than 400 chief legal officers and firm managing partners, the LCLD was founded in 2009 to empower the next generation of diverse leaders with a mission to inspire leadership, action and results to foster a diverse legal workforce for attorneys.
Selection for participation for the Fellows program is based on demonstrated leadership skills, community engagement as well as internal engagement with the organization. Pathfinders are attorneys early in their careers chosen to help foster their leadership through peer networking and working with LCLD program professionals.
Bae, Achari and Davis, along with other LCLD members, will participate in the yearlong program which includes in-person meetings, peer circles and virtual sessions.
