Shook Earns Perfect Score for Corporate Equality Index

The Human Rights Campaign (HRC) has awarded Shook a 100% score for the 2025 Corporate Equality Index for the 16th consecutive year. A score of 100% indicates the firm’s commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion and best practices for the LGBTQ+ workplace.

The HRC Foundation’s Corporate Equality Index is the national benchmarking tool on corporate policies, practices, and benefits that affect LGBTQ+ employees. The HRC evaluated Shook based on the 2025 criteria including workforce protections, inclusive benefits, supporting an inclusive culture, corporate social responsibility and more. 

“For 22 years, the CEI has served as corporate America's roadmap for LGBTQ+ workplace inclusion,” said HRC President Kelley Robinson. “Not as a political statement, but as a framework for building stronger, more competitive businesses where all talent can thrive.”
