ALM Names Shook Trial Team Litigators of the Week

Law.com has selected a Shook, Hardy & Bacon trial team as Litigators of the Week. In a highly watched five-month trial, Partners Todd Ruskamp, Patrick Kenney and Russell Shankland defended the executor and trustee of the works of famed artist Thomas Hart Benton after his heirs made claims of mismanagement. The judge disagreed with the heirs' contention and declined to award them the millions of dollars they sought.
