Shook Partner To Present on Strategies for Defending Cancer Causation Cases

Shook Litigation Partner Jason Zager will be part of a three-person panel presenting “Strategies for Defending Cancer Causation Cases,” October 24 at the Product Liability Advisory Councel (PLAC) 2024 Fall Conference in Tucson, Arizona. The presentation will provide an overview of cancer litigation and address strategies simplifying the science, presenting alternative causes without undertaking the burden of proof, and exposing bias in science relied on by plaintiffs.
