Shook Attorney To Present on Upcoming EPA Supreme Court Case

Shook Attorney Joe Zaleski is moderating a panel for the American Bar Association’s webinar, “EPA Future Administrative Enforcement and Adjudication: SEC v. Jarkesy,” June 7, 10:00 a.m. CT. Panelists will be Susan Bodine from Earth & Water Law and Professor William Buzbee from Georgetown University Law Center. Zaleski, Bodine and Buzbee will address the future of EPA administrative enforcement and adjudication in anticipation of the forthcoming Supreme Court decision in SEC v. Jarkesy.
