Shook Partners Selected to BTI All-Stars List

BTI Consulting Group named two Shook Partners among its BTI Client Service All-Stars 2024 list. BTI conducts the longest-running independent study to find and honor the attorneys below that top legal decision-makers say deliver the absolute best client service. 

• Bill Geraghty | Co-Chair Product Liability Litigation Practice
• Pete Henk | Product Liability Litigation Partner

Both partners have been named among the All-Stars list previously with this being the seventh consecutive year for Geraghty and the third for Henk.

Geraghty’s litigation experience ranges from commercial and business disputes, to product liability, legal malpractice and professional liability claims. He has won defense verdicts throughout the state of Florida and nationally and was selected as a Distinguished Leader by the Daily Business Review. 

Henk is a successful litigation attorney whose practice includes representing Shook clients across the United States in numerous health cases. He has successfully framed, briefed and argued eight appeals before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
