London Partners Named Among Best Lawyers UK

Shook Partners Simon Castley and Sarah Croft have been named among The Best Lawyers in the United Kingdom™ for the 2025 edition of the publication. This year marks the sixth consecutive year for both lawyers in the ranking for product liability litigation.

As managing partner of the London office, Castley focuses his practice in the area of product liability and managing regulations that affect clients’ businesses in the United Kingdom, United States and Europe. He has worked extensively on mass torts and group actions with an emphasis on technical product features and marketing claims. Castley has been recognized by Chambers UK and is in The Legal 500 United Kingdom Hall of Fame for Product Liability-Defendants.

Croft acts as administrative managing partner for Shook London and represents global companies in product liability claims. She has been named by Chambers UK and Who’s Who Legal for Product Liability Defense since 2009. In addition to product liability litigation, Croft has considerable experience in commercial litigation. She has acted in a range of contract disputes for a variety of clients in engineering, automotive, chemical and pharmaceutical industries.
