Shook Partner to Present on Protecting Confidentiality in Intellectual Property Litigation

Intellectual Property Partner Patrick Lujin will be a speaker at the 2024 Spring Meeting of the American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA) in Austin, Texas. Lujin will be presenting, “Litigation Hot Topic – Protecting Confidentiality in IP Litigation,” May 17 at 10:15 a.m. CT. Lujin will discuss confidential information obtained in litigation in the U.S., Canada and beyond; protecting U.S. borders; implied undertaking; and fixing and avoiding breaches.
