Shook Partner Named Among Most Influential Women in IP
Shook Partner Elena McFarland has been selected among the 50 Most Influential Women in IP according to World IP Review. Researchers vetted and selected McFarland from more than 400 nominations globally.
McFarland’s practice includes many aspects of intellectual property prosecution and counseling, with an emphasis in patent-related matters. She represents clients in all aspects of preparation and prosecution of U.S. and international patent applications in a number of diverse technology areas. McFarland is also a member of the Intellectual Property Owners Association.
