Shook Named Among Top Firms for Patent Prosecution and Disputes

Managing IP selected Shook as a finalist for Firm of the Year – Patent Prosecution and Patent Disputes – Midwest at an awards ceremony held in New York City. The program recognized remarkable IP achievements and developments from firms in the previous year.

This recognition adds to the growing list of awards that the firm has earned for its patent work over the past several years. In 2023, Shook earned the Patent Prosecution – Midwest Firm of the Year from Managing IP, and in 2022 the firm was named among the Top 50 Firms for Best Performance in High-Tech Patent Prosecution by Patexia.
