Three Shook New York Partners Named in Super Lawyers

Shook Partners Michael Gallub, Kimberly Penner and William Vita were selected as New York Super Lawyers for 2023.

Earlier this year, Gallub moved to Shook as part of large class action team serving the automotive industry. His practice focuses on complex litigation, product liability and environmental law. 

Penner practices in product liability complex litigation, with a focus on life sciences and health matters and has extensive experience in managing litigation. Vita has more than three decades of experience trying cases. He developed and advanced his trial practice through his service as an assistant district attorney in Brooklyn.
