California Lawyers Association Selects Shook Antitrust Leader to Prestigious Board

Shook Partner Ryan Sandrock was selected by the California Lawyers Association (CLA) to join the Executive Committee of the Antitrust and UCL Section of the California Lawyers Association. The Executive Committee is composed of only 20 members and includes a three-year tenure. 

As part of the committee, Sandrock and other members are charged with overseeing the Section’s current activities and developing new programs and initiatives to further the development of antitrust and competition law in California. A core component of the Executive Committee’s work is to provide opportunities to develop the next generation of California antitrust and unfair competition law practitioners.

Before joining Shook, Sandrock served at the Antitrust Division of the Department of Justice, working as a Digital Markets Trial Attorney. As the co-chair of Shook’s Antitrust Practice, he represents a variety of clients before the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice.
