‘Impressed With the Caliber of Their Lawyering,’ New Partner Tells ALM

American Lawyer Media recently interviewed a new Shook partner on her move to the firm. Jessica Grant brings significant first-chair trial experience and represents large corporations and technology clients. She told The Recorder she had previously tried five cases with Shook lawyers. 

“I felt so at home with the Shook team, which is incredibly rare in such a short period of time,” said Grant. “I was extremely impressed with the caliber of their lawyering and the team supporting us. Every person I’ve worked with, which is at least 40 people, works at a high level but is also down to earth, genuine and friendly.”

Along with other accolades, Grant has been named twice as California Lawyer’s Attorney of the Year and Benchmark Litigation selected Grant among its Top 250 Women in Litigation.
