Shook Partner Selected for Los Angeles 500 for Fourth Year
The Los Angeles Business Journal (LABJ) for the fourth time selected Shook Partner Michael Mallow among the list of the 500 most influential people in Los Angeles. This edition recognizes professionals in the Los Angeles region who have made a significant impact throughout their community and industry.
As managing partner of Shook’s Los Angeles office, Mallow also co-leads the firm’s Class Action and Appellate Litigation Practice Group. Mallow is a highly awarded litigator recently ranked in Chambers USA in Product Liability: Automotive.

Mallow primarily represents defendants in consumer class and regulatory actions alleging product defects, false advertising and violation of privacy. He has defended consumer protection actions and investigation initiated by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and the U.S. Department of Justice. Mallow and his wife are active triathletes and recently founded the USA Triathlon Mallow Junior/U23 National Team, which supports athletes in training for the Olympics.
