Law360 Selects Five Shook Attorneys for Legal Insight
Law360 has selected five Shook attorneys to serve on the publication’s 2023 Editorial Advisory Boards. The purpose of the editorial advisory board is to get feedback from readers on how Law360 can improve its coverage and to provide reporters with a pool of potential sources. The following attorneys will also serve as sources throughout the year.
- Josh Becker - Georgia Editorial Board
- Scott Chesin - New York Editorial Board
- Melissa Nott Davis - Massachusetts Editorial Board
- John Lewis, Jr. - Diversity & Inclusion Editorial Board
- Jennifer Voss - Florida Editorial Board
Chesin, Lewis and Voss are managing partners of their respective offices, New York, Houston and Tampa. Becker is partner in Shook’s Atlanta location and will advise on Georgia news. Chesin will serve on the New York Editorial Board and will provide insight on how to best shape coverage and report legal news. While also serving as managing partner, Lewis is the chair of Shook’s Diversity & Inclusion Initiatives and will provide input on Law360’s diversity reporting and initiatives for the future.
Voss is a product liability litigation attorney whose civic and pro bono work focuses on underrepresented members of society. She will provide input on Florida’s Editorial Board. Nott Davis is a product liability litigation attorney also with a focus on life sciences and biotechnology. She frequently works with international clients while managing cross-cultural communications. She is senior counsel in Shook’s Boston office and will advise on Massachusetts legal news.
Attorneys appointed to the Law360 editorial boards serve a one-year term and must apply and be chosen yearly to continue to serve on the boards. Selected attorneys communicate with editors and reporters off the record, offering insight into legal and business trends and helping to direct and shape news coverage.
