Shook Intellectual Property Attorneys to Speak at Institute of IP Law

Shook Partner Sharon Israel and Associate Cesar Udave will be presenters at the 38th Annual Fall Institute on Intellectual Property Law, to be held September 29 – October 1 in Galveston, Texas. Israel will moderate a judicial panel including the Hon. Derek Gilliland, U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas; Hon. Sam Sheldon, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas; and Hon. Michael J. Truncate, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas. Udave will co-present the session “101 & 112 Issues in Patent Prosecution.”
