DRI Names Shook Attorney to Young Lawyers and D&I Committees

Shook Associate Sheldon Poole was named as a member of the 2022-2023 DRI Young Lawyers Steering Committee and as a staff member on the Committee’s Diversity and Inclusion Subcommittee. As a member of the subcommittee, Poole will author articles on diversity-related topics for DRI publications, be a part of securing diverse speakers for an upcoming DRI seminar, and will assist in recruiting, engaging and supporting diverse members of the Young Lawyers Committee. 

DRI is the largest international membership organization of attorneys defending the interests of business and individuals in civil litigation. Poole, who works in Shook’s new Hartford office and defends corporate clients in product liability and environmental toxic tort litigation, will assume his new DRI roles during the organization’s annual meeting in October.
