Shook’s Powerhouse Trial Readiness Reflected in Chambers USA Rankings

Three of Shook’s premier trial lawyers who obtained three defense verdicts during a one-month period in 2021 brought home the top Chambers ranking for product liability litigation in the Florida category. Partners William Geraghty, Kenneth Reilly and Hildy Sastre first-chair complex often contentious trials nationally for Shook clients and were ranked in Chambers top tier this year in Florida.

Also new this year, Chambers and Partners recognized Shook’s food and beverage regulatory and litigation prowess for the first time. Privacy and data security, and e-discovery capabilities both earned national rankings for the second year in a row, which reinforces Shook as one of the leading privacy and data security firms in the country. Law360 selected Shook as a “Practice Group of the Year” in privacy and biometrics earlier this year. The national Chambers rankings are driven by interviews with in-house counsel and other attorneys.
