Shook Partners Jamie Thompson and Tom Grever and Associate Vanessa Dittman will discuss the current status of environmental justice initiatives, what is on the horizon, and the effect of those initiatives on the oil and gas industry in the MCLE webinar, “Environmental Justice Focus for the Oil & Gas Industry,” May 5, 12:30 p.m. CDT.

Thompson, who practices energy and environmental law, Grever, a partner in the Environmental and Toxic Tort Practice Group, and Dittman, who represents clients in litigation related to refineries and oil and gas pipelines, will also provide a brief history of the interface between environmental justice and the law.
