Shook Partner Kaneko Joins IADC
Shook Orange County Partner Naoki Kaneko became a member of the International Association of Defense Counsel (IADC), an invitation-only global legal organization for attorneys who represent corporate and insurance interests.
Kaneko represents clients in the food, beverage and agribusiness; personal care; technology; automobile and pharmaceutical industries and has significant experience defending clients in class actions and multidistrict and consolidated mass tort litigation. He defends clients against consumer protection, product liability and breach of contract claims and also counsels clients and defends against claims involving California’s Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act (Prop 65).
The core purposes of the IADC are to enhance the development of skills, promote professionalism and facilitate camaraderie among its members and their clients, as well as the broader civil justice community.
