Mayor Appoints Two Shook Attorneys to Visit KC Board of Directors

Shook Partner Maria Salcedo and Associate Mike Cappo were appointed by Kansas City Mayor Quinton Lucas to the 2020 Board of Directors of Visit KC. Salcedo and Cappo, who were mentioned in Missouri Meetings & Events magazine, will help in the organization’s promotion of Kansas City’s national tourism and branding efforts.

Visit KC is a nonprofit economic development organization dedicated to igniting interest and tourism in Kansas City through sales and marketing efforts of a staff and a board of 30 civic and business leaders who connect travelers, promote local businesses and support local events.
